What is a centrifugal fan?
Centrifuge or escaping fans of mechanical center is a device that is used to move air at high speed. These types of fans are made up of a central axis and blades that rotate around the central axis. The centrifuge fan function is that the air is entered through the fan inlet and directed out by the blades. The blades throw the air into the fan outlet by rotating around the central axis. In this process, the air velocity increases and its pressure decreases.
Types of centrifugal fans in Kolak Fan Shiraz
centrifuge fans are divided into two groups of Forward and Backward:
Backward Centrifuge fan: Centrifuge fan is a mechanical device that is a rear -curved vent that creates high -pressure air flow by creating centrifugal force. The butterflies are designed to rotate the air in the opposite direction of rotation. The butterfly pulls out of the fan. These fans are used in applications that need to be drained or transmitted by high pressure materials because of high air pressure.
Forward Centrifuge fan: Forward centrifuge fan is a mechanical device with curved front blades that generates high speed airflows in which the impellers are designed to pull the air out of the fan in favor of rotating the impeller. These fans are used in applications that need to be transferred to high air flow materials because of the high air flow.

Applications of centrifugal fans
The applications for which centrifuge fans are used can be the Esophage of Fast Food Kitchen Hoods, Restaurants, Bathroom Oxide, Apartment Bathrooms, Air Conditioning Machines, Industrial Processes, Positive Staircase Pressure, Positive Staircase Parking and.
Selection and installation of centrifugal fans:
When installing the Backward centrifuge fans, these fans must be fully mounted on a surface and connecting the air entry channel to the appropriate connection.
The channel connection to the fan suction must be executed by a flexible connection.
The inverter can be used to reduce the fans around the fans, but be careful not to set the frequency below 25 Hz

How the centrifugal fan works
Air entering this device is done in line with the centrifugal ventilation axle. During this process, kinetic energy and static pressure will increase. The air entered into the fan to get out of it is influenced by the central torque force. The point in how this device works is that the speed and volume of air in these fans are quite constant, and it is the air mass that changes based on the density. Simply put, it can be said that the ambient air in this device enters the fan inlet and rotates in the butterfly and then accelerated by centrifugal force. As a result, the air flows over the fan wings and exits the fan chamber. The centrifugal ventilation machine, in addition to air conditioning and ambient air, is also used to pull air through heat exchangers. The air created by the butterfly of these fans is capable of counteracting the air resistance. The centrifuge fan helps from the kinetic energy and centrifugal force created by the butterfly in order to move the air flow. This enables the airflow created to move to the resistance caused by channels, dampers and other components. Also, the airflow displacement by this fan is radial and changes the direction of the air flow.
